Light Choices
All salads come with your choice of dressing (Ranch, Italian, or French), a bread stick, and a cookie.
Chef salad: classic chef salad topped with ham, turkey, cheese, hard boiled egg, tomatoes, & cucumbers. Available with no meat and extra salad.
Pulled Chicken Salad: pulled chicken breast laid over a fresh bed of greens, assorted vegetables, and cheese.
Chicken Oriental Salad: crispy chicken laid over a fresh bed of greens, shredded cabbage, vegetables, and cheese. Then topped with crispy chow mien noodles and a side of oriental dressing.
Fresh Chicken Salad served on a fresh bed of greens with bread sticks, vegetables, and a fruit cup.
Egg Salad and fresh alfalfa sprouts on a soft hoagie roll served with fresh vegetables and a fruit cup.
Tuna Stuffed Tomato served on a fresh bed of greens with bread sticks, vegetables, and a fruit cup.

Club Sub: thinly sliced turkey & strips of bacon layered on a soft hoagie roll with fresh lettuce and cheeses served with chips or a fruit cup and a cookie
Baked Ham or Turkey sub: sliced ham or turkey layered on a soft hoagie roll with fresh lettuce and cheeses served with chips or pasta salad and a cookie.
Chicken Caesar Wrap: tender breast meat of chicken sliced and wrapped with romaine lettuce and fresh Parmesan cheese in a light flour tortilla and a side of Caesar dressing served with chips or pasta salad and a cookie.
Grilled chicken Wrap: tender Breast meat of chicken sliced and wrapped with romaine lettuce in a flour tortilla with your choice of Dijon mustard or mayonnaise.
